Salary
& Benefits
- Competitive pay – our drivers earn over $75,000 per year
- Get paid for all the work you do: We have a per-mile rate,
a stop rate, a sleep rate, the hourly rate, and you’ll be
paid if you have to load/unload
- Retention Bonus: $10,000 spread over 3 years
- $3,300 after 12 months of satisfactory employment
- $3,300 after 24 months of satisfactory employment
- $3,400 after 36 months of satisfactory employment
- Health insurance
- Quarterly Safety Incentive: $250
- Paid time off: 5 days
- Paid holidays: 8 holidays
- Paid sick: 40 hours paid
